Grigory Ivanovich Titov (January 1 [14], 1907, Vyatka Governorate – August 4, 1981, Izhevsk) was a Russian and Soviet opera singer, actor, People's Artist of the Udmurt ASSR, and Honored Artist of the RSFSR. Grigory Ivanovich performed leading roles in the musical performances Kamit Usmanov (1948), Annok (1958), and the opera Natal by G. A. Korepanov (1961). At concerts, he performed arias by Farlaf (Ruslan and Lyudmila) and Leporello (Don Juan). He also performed the romances The Miller, The Old Corporal, and The Night Review. He sang in a duet with M. I. Galaseeva. In April 1970, he performed at the Days of Literature and Art of Udmurtia in Moscow. G. I. Titov possessed a strong, rich voice with a soft timbre and was distinguished by the purity of his intonation. He was called the "Udmurt Chaliapin."
