The band's founder and producer is Vyacheslav Bodolika, a composer, singer, and former member of the band "Prime Minister," which represented Russia at the 2002 Eurovision Song Contest. Viktor Chapaev, a professional musician and singer, was born in Rybnitsa, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. He graduated from music school, specializing in clarinet, and holds a law degree.
